METHEDRAS:
Quintessenza del thrash-death più diretto e granitico, i Methedras sono tra gli esponenti principali dell'underground italiano, una vera e propria macchina da guerra che nei suoi 20 anni di attività è riuscita a partorire alcuni demo e cinque album completi, oltre ad aver effettuato centinaia di tour e festival in tutta Europa, molti dei quali in supporto a grandi nomi del panorama metal internazionale, senza mai perdere un grammo di rabbia e di energia.
Quartetto creatosi a Monza nel 1996 con formazione a doppia chitarra, la band negli anni ha cambiato diversi componenti prediligendo alla fine una line-up con una sola chitarra, puntando ad uno stile senza compromessi, di derivazione thrash con partiture più tipicamente death metal, unito a cantati groove-hardcore nelle metriche.
Precedentemente sotto l'egidia della Punishment 18 Records, con l'ottimo album "Katarsis" del 2009, i thrasher italiani hanno fatto uscire la loro successiva fatica "System Subversion", registrato presso i superbi Domination Studio sotto la guida del maestro Simone Mularoni, nel Novembre 2014 attraverso l'etichetta americana Pavement Entertainment. Attualmente il gruppo ha appena concluso le registrazioni di un nuovo quinto album sempre presso i mitici studi di San Marino, dopo il rientro in pianta stabile dello storico cantante Claudio Facheris, album che vedrà la luce nella seconda metà del 2018.

HELLCOWBOYS:
HELLCOWBOYS were born in the end of 2007 in Rome with the initial moniker of Carton.
The sound is influenced by rock music, 80/90’s metal, hardcore and thrash atmospheres.
Pure fuckin’ hard grooves and really strong rhitmics plus lead and screaming vocals.
In the first year of activities, some changes in the line-up have slowed down the work of the band, which is stable only for the beginning of 2009: a classic quartet, formed by voice, guitar, bass and drums.
Immediately the band start to work on original compositions and planning live acts.



TIMELINE

2007-2008: after several years as hidden side project, CARTON born in Rome, by Cristiano Iacovazzo (voice) and DanPk (guitar), that few months later meet the drummer Daniele Di Marzio, while several bass players join the band in the months.

Spring 2009-Autumn 2010: the band start to play live in different clubs of Rome and work on the songs of the first album;

Spring 2011: First full-lenght, ‘Alter Ego’ is out;
it contains 11 tracks, a meltin’ pot between thrashy atmospheres and alternative metal music; recorded with Rob Cufaro (Theatres des Vampires, VII Arcano) in Rome.

Summer 2011-Winter 2011: the band play live in different clubs of Rome;

Spring 2012: Carton start to work on the songs of the new album;

Winter 2012: Brand new album “Perfect World” is out;
it was recorded by Carton and mixed and mastered by Joel Wanasek at JTW Recording Studios, Milwaukee (Wisconsin).

Spring 2013 - Winter 2013: Carton plays live in different clubs in Italy; during this period various magazines in Italy and out of Italy (Germany, France, Mexico, India, Greece…) reviews the album positively;
the band is also on air in some independent radio in different country (Brazil, Usa, Mexico, India…and off course Italy…); in the meantime Carton starts to work on the new album.

Spring 2014: Due to personal and family reasons, on March DanPk (guitarist and co-founder), leaves the band; join the family, as a new guitarist, Francesco De Honestis (Hour of Penance, Enemynside);

Autumn 2014: After many adventures, silences and a succession of events,
Carton return and renew themselves: a new line-up, a power trio, only three thinking heads. Cristiano, in addition to vocals, now plays guitar and Stefano Ferramola join the band as new bassplayer...
Carton become HELLCOWBOYS.

In May 2015 Andrea Valentino join Hellcowboys as new guitarist.

On September 2016 Alessandro 'Daf' Di Filippo join Hellcowboys as new drummer.

Spring 2017: 'HELLCOWBOYS', debut album, is out.
it contains seven tracks, a meltin' pot between thrash/southern and groove metal.

Actually the band is working on brand new album, that will be out for the end of 2018.
